Dream Orientation

 

I was attending this college orientation. Not sure why I went back but whatever. I didn't notice until I got there and one of the organizers said "white shirt with white pants?" How did I not notice I was in all white? Where did I even get white pants? I have 1 white shirt and no white pants? Anyway, I continued on with orientation, which was sequestered away because there were painters there finishing up, so we had to make sure to avoid them.

 

I'm approached by this cute Japanese girl asking if I could help her out. Of course I said I could. She walked past everyone else just to ask me specifically. She clearly fancies me, right? So, I follow her as we're walking throughout the school. She's thanking me for helping her and I'm just wondering what it was she wants. We were moving further and further away from the group, so what is it she needs help with that she came all the way over to orientation to grab me?

 

I woke up. I never got to find out. I was thinking about how weird that was but then it hit me. I was dressed in all white. They were painting that day. Painters wear all white. She thought I was a painter. Even in my dreams I can't have someone? Really, brain?! C'mon. I can't even imagine a girl being interested in me romantically.

It’s the month of October. Which means it’s the season of scary stuff. I might have a slight problem.

  Me: So, back on September 20th, I weighed in at 165 when I got on the scale for a check up at the doctor. I bought a scale to keep track of it at home. This scale says I'm at 200.   I asked her how her Halloween was and if she did anything fun. She replied: it was fun. Not sure what “it” she did that was fun but at least she had some.   If you’re asking “Why did you ask her how her Halloween was in December?” there’s a good answer to your question. I didn’t. I asked how her Halloween was in November, specifically November 1 st . It just took her a month to get back to me. 3 words took her 30 days to write.
