Creative Customer Correspondence
Being unemployed, I'm used to having to jump through a few hoops when applying to jobs. But sometimes you have had enough and say "This is dumb, time to have some fun." This company, SeatGeek, gave me a prompt and asked how I would respond. Whelp, Annoyed Fel took over and the results are interesting enough to share.
Hi SeatGeek,
I went to go see a concert last night with my family, and the lead singer made several inappropriate comments throughout the show. There was no warning on your website that this show would not be child friendly, and I was FORCED to leave the show early because of the lead singer's behavior. I demand a refund in full, or else you can expect to hear from my attorney.
Best,
Blake
Hi Blake,
We're sorry to hear that your family outing to see Judas Priest in concert wasn't family-friendly. You're right; we should definitely do a better job at indicating when concerts will not be family-friendly, even when it seems to be totally obvious to all but the most oblivious among us. While we would love to issue a refund, our policy states that refunds won't be issued for those who have attended the concerts. But we would be more than happy to discuss this with your attorney and how their client might need medical and psychiatric help. Kindly give us their phone number and we'll get this sorted out as quickly as possible. We know attorney fees can be quite expensive and we certainly wouldn't want to you spend more money on them than you would get in a refund.
Thanks for reaching out,
Your friends here at SeatGeek
